Newsletter signup

With the help of some dedicated IACT members, we're going to start sending out newsletter issues once a month with information about what's going on at IACT and on funstead.org. Registered members can change their newsletter preferences by editing their account options. Non-registered members can either create an account on funstead.org or ask to have their email added to the newsletter through our online contact form.

We will start sending newsletter issues around the 1st of each month starting this February. read more »

Water turn on schedule

The following is the proposed schedule submitted to me by PO River.

3-15 Glens 1/17/18

3-17 Glens 9/15/16

3-19 Glens 2/5/12

3-22 Glens 3/4/11

3-24 Glens 6/7/8

3-26 Glens 10/13/14

This may change due to (a) weather and (b) the number of leaks realized in each Glen.

I am getting ready for the camping season to begin. Does anyone have information on what the themes for the parades will be this year? Memorial day will be here before you know it.

I am the maintenance supervisor for IACT. We have experienced the worst snow fall in many years as everyone knows. The maintenance department has worked tirelessly to get Glen roads passable. read more »

 i am wonering this because i requested ti join the glen 15 group a week ago but am still waiting.. i dont understand this prosses , my lot is in glen 15 so im not going outside the line i dont think???? anyway just throughing it out there..

How to Market IACT?

I'm looking for some of your suggestions/tips/ideas for when and if we get the marketing committee up and running. 

One area I was thinking on is that many people that have RV's/motor homes/travel trailers, etc. have to pay to store them (Thornburg Self Storage - $60/mo, Prince William Fair Grounds - $165/quarter, etc.).  An inexpensive lot at IACT, all the amenities and plus being so close to the interstate may be a good advertising tactic?

Marketing and Bulletin Committees

Fellow funsteaders!  I'd like to request your attendance at the 1-23 board meeting.  I will be asking my fellow board members to form/create two (2) new committees - a Marketing and a Bulletin committee.  I am hopeful I will have enough board support to approve them....and once they are (keeping my fingers crossed!) I would like to be inundated (smile) with volunteers to sign up for them.  Thank you for your support!

When you try to keep the unoccupied lot and trailer next to yours cleaned up and someone dumps 9 bags of leaves behind the trailer............. that really grinds my gears!

 

Try to keep this place litter free and someone DUMPS 9 bags of leaves behind the trailer next to mine.....

next Glen Meeting

Hello everybody
This is a new year and we want to make Glen 5 the best that we can on march 20 there is neighbors helping neighbors  we will need a Glen meeting on march 13 to get volunteers to help clean up our Glen if you think you can make the meeting please e-mail me back .
