Refreshing Observation - author: freeman37
It's refreshing to see more property owners becoming aware of the direction IACT is moving at the direction of a select few. Do they have something to hide? If you only knew!!! read more »
COHORTS Know A Thing Or Two About Landscaping
As everyone knows, we have the Open House coming up this weekend. Well, someone was thinking about it. Check out the new and improved landscaping as you come into IACT. Rumor has it that some of Santa's elves (who double as COHORTS in the off season) were hard at work this week improving the appearance of IACT at the front gate..the first impression potential new property owners will see of our beloved campground. Thanks Chad for approving the purchase of some new flowers and shrubs. read more »

CUSTODIAL STAFF
The custodial supervisor has been here for over 16 years. She is a gregarious and hard worker. She does an excellent job of maintaining the amenities at IACT. When you have 2 or three thousand people here, there will be instances of abuse of the comfort stations and other amenities. I think that the greater portion of these abuses are perpetrated by dependents of property owners. There are over forty comfort stations plus the bathrooms in the other areas. The custodial staff has, at best, an average of three people per day to maintain these areas. read more »

Letter to IACT's Lawyer (attached)
Greetings!
With so many new Funstead.org members I feel I should mention who I am before I continue writing. My name is Chris Juszak. My wife and I (Laurie) used to be lot owners at IACT. We sold our lots when we moved to Colorado, but miss the acres and the great folks we got to know there. We helped build funstead.org as part of a smaller effort within Glen 5 and it quickly grew into a site used by IACT members from every glen. After we sold our lots, we continued to help grow and maintain Funstead.org. read more »
Drive Into IACT
The first impression I (or anyone else) gets of Indian Acres is coming through the front gate. Saw a cool looking antique bike with flowers outside the front gate today. It's a nice touch to help make Indian Acres more attractive. Thanks to whomever was responsible for doing this. This is the perfect example of an inexpensive innovative way to make the ride into IACT more visually appealing. read more »
