November 7th, 2008 was the first weekend that the clubhouse was opened and running under IACT. We stopped in Friday evening and talked to the new bartender who gave us some helpful information. She said that the clubhouse was running under a banquet licenses (which means BYOB and snacks) until they were able to secure a beer and wine licenses. There has been a lot of talk from people regarding kids riding 4-wheelers, go-carts, motor cycles, etc... around the acres. My wife and I usually join the conversation since we have witnessed it first hand since our lot backs to Pontiac.

Halloween in Glen 17 at Lot 190
Just wanted to let everyone know that we have a small haunted graveyard at our lot in Glen 17.......It will be open for everyone's viewing Friday Oct 24 & Saturday Oct 25th and Friday Oct 31th and Saturday Nov 1st.....come on over and bring the kids and walk thru our haunted graveyard.....we will be giving candy to the kids on Friday Oct 31th and Saturday Nov 1st.....Hope to see you there.....

Vandals
Hello All:
I was curious if anyone has had any issues with vandals in the last month or so, especially in Glen 12. Sometime after Labor Day weekend and September 20th, someone through a very large rock at our trailer. The obvious intention was to break the large window on the front side facing the road. Fortunately they missed the window but unfortunately it left a very large dent in the siding.
Election Meeting
Chris and I had something come up at the last minute and it looks like we won't be able to attend the meeting this weekend. With this weather, it might be for the better anyway. Good luck to all the candidates and I hope to see the results posted on this site!

Just wanted to say thank you to all the Glen 17 funsteaders for all the hard work and participation on Saturday for the Labor Day Golf cart parade.....We took first place for the most participated (with 40 entrants) We beat Glen 15 by 1....I have to give it to Glen 15 they are very hard to beat....We won the last two parades by 1 against them. We also one 1st place for best decorated float (special thanks to my husband Bill and my sister Kelly who came up with the ideal and everyone who came to the lot to help put it together) We also won 3rd place for best decorated pet (Thanks to my m

Glen Chief) and Benny (lot 52) won 3rd place for "Best Theme Decorated Other Entry", Sharon Mounger (lot 8) won 1st place for Best Theme Decorated Other Entry", David Hurlburt (lot 21) won 2nd place for Best Theme Decorated Float, Ricky Little (lot 274) won 3rd place for "Best Theme Decorated Golf Cart", Robbie Beasley (lot 21) won 2nd place and P.J.
